Moses Liang-Cheng Z****hen (*1983)

Moses Liang-Cheng Zhen established Topsun Outdoor Tech Ltd., Co. in cooperation with SWIX group in 2013, aka SWIX China. Since then, he has engaged in marketing winter sports goods and promoting skiing in China.

In 2017, he built an elite cross-country skiing team, recruiting a Norwegian coach to champion the athletes’ selection and training. The team is currently based in Norway, and races in Europe on behalf of the Chinese National Team for various competitions.

In 2018, Zhen was elected to the role of Vice President of Chinese Ski Association. Via more flexible training mechanism and “China-featured” sports promotion model, he has organized various training programs and competitions all over China. Annually his initiatives help to get millions of youngsters to ski.

He is a proud practitioner of “300 million people participating winter sports in China” commitment. He was elected to the FIS Council in June 2021.
