FIS expresses deepest condolences for the loss of Dr. Christian Poley

It is with great sadness that FIS learned about the passing of Dr. Christian Poley on Wednesday, 22nd April.
The sad news has been announced by the Kitzbüheler Ski Club. Dr. Christian Poley, former president and honorary member of the club as well as honorary member of the FIS Alpine Skiing Committee, played an important role in shaping the development and tradition of the world-renowned Hahnenkamm Races through his vision, dedication and long-standing commitment to the sport.
FIS would like to offer its deepest condolences to the Poley Family, friends and loved ones as well as the Kitzbüheler Ski Club.
