On todays World Snow Day the classic tracks around Otepää got covered due to light snowfall.

The 54 participants of the ladies 10km did not mind the snow at all as their focus was fully on the challenging track they had to conquer.

Therese Johaug who paused during the Tour de Ski as well as the World Cup in Dresden reported back in best shape. She takes 48.4 seconds off the young Swede Ebba Andersson who finishes on the second rank. Natalia Napryaeva from Russia completes the podium with a time of 30:50.4 - +56.7 seconds behind Johaug. A great performance was also shown by Finnish Krista Pärmäkoski who ends 4th, only +0.8 seconds before the current Overall World Cup leader, Ingvild Flugstad Østberg.

“My shape is really good at the moment. I had a really good rest at home when the other girls were at the Tour de Ski. But after the break I was really motivated to come back."Therese Johaug
