Kimmo Savolainen new head coach in Italy

The Italian Ski Federation announced the 2018/19 team lists plus the respective coaching staff for the next season today. 44-year-old Finn Kimmo Savolainen, who had been training the team until the 2014/15 season as jumping coach, will be Paolo Bernardi’s successor as head coach of the team supported by former athlete Guiseppe Michielli as Ski Jumping coach and Pietro Frigo as Cross-Country coach.

Federico Rigoni will act as new Technical Director. Rigoni, born in Veneto in 1973 comes from a family of ski jumpers and has a past as technician.

B-Team

- Aaron Kostner

- Luca Gianmoena

- Denis Parolari

Athletes for the C-team will be announced at a later stage.
