Emma Treand and Francois Braud are the new French national champions 2019. They won their titles in events which were held in Bois D’Amont and Chaux-Neuve respectively.

Treand laid the foundation for her win on the jumping hill already where a 90 point total gave her a 52-second advantage on runner-up Lena Brocard (77 p.). Emma Rougeron and Louise Guyot completed the start list for the race on ranks three and four, starting with delays of one minute and 50 seconds and two minutes and 20 seconds respectively.

The third fastest-time was enough for Treand to take the victory all the way to the finish line. Even though Lena Brocard made up time, she was still lagging 43.4 seconds behind at the finish line and had to settle for silver. Louise Guyot fought her way to the bronze medal by beating Emma Rougeron on the track. Guyot finished one minute and 27 seconds after Treand.
