On 2nd June the FIS Council approved the Nordic Combined calendars for the 2021/2022 season.

In their second World Cup season the women will have 9 competitions, including a Mass Start and the world premiere of the first Mixed Team World Cup competition in Val di Fiemme (ITA).

After the traditional season opener, consisting of three Individual Gundersen (IG) competitions in Ruka (FIN), the women will join in Lillehammer (NOR) in early December.
While the men complete a 10 km IG and a Team competition, two IG are on the women’s program.

Also the following World Cups in Otepää (EST), Ramsau (AUT) and Val di Fiemme (ITA) will take place together for women and men. The latter will host a women mass start and the world premiere of the Mixed Team World Cup.

This is followed by two IG competitions for the men in Klingenthal (GER) and Planica (SLO).
The last stop before the Olympic Winter Games 2022 in Beijing is the traditional Seefeld Triple (AUT).

Lahti (FIN) will welcome the Men’s World Cup after the Beijing Olympic Winter Games at the end of February, this time staging a Team Sprint and an Individual Gundersen.
Finally, before heading to Schonach (GER) for the traditional World Cup Finals together with the women, Oslo (NOR) will host two Men’s IG at the birthplace of Nordic Combined on Holmenkollen.
