For the first time, the Lillehammer International Nordic Combined Camp will be held onsite from 14th to 18th September 2022.

Due to the pandemic, the first two editions of the camp took place online.

Participants, who must be at least 16 years of age, can look forward to a diverse program at the Lillehammer Olympic Legacy Sport Center, that gives athletes, coaches and leaders the possibility to develop their skills inside winter sports.

In cooperation with the Norwegian Ski Association, four eventful days will be organized, which include both theoretical and practical training units.

The male and female athletes can look forward to Ski Jumping sessions on the Lysgaardsbakken K90, motor skills Nordic Combined training plus a roller ski workout. Additionally, an Olympic values workshop is planned as well as sessions with top athletes, and one for team-work.

Coaches can participate in education programs following different themes. Next to a session dedicated to adapted training for girls during puberty, also the unexplained underperformance syndrome will be discussed as well as the development of female Nordic Combined athletes in Norway.

The Olympic Legacy Sport Center is located in Lillehammer and was established after the Youth Olympics in Lillehammer 2016.
Since the introduction of the camp, the organizers contributed every year to the great development of Nordic Combined and, thanks to its diversity, offer unique training opportunities for all participants.
