Ida Marie Hagen is the winner of the women’s second Individual Gundersen competition in Schonach (GER), also securing the Overall victory of the WIRmachenDRUCK German Trophy.

Her team mate Mari Leinan Lund was in the lead after the Ski Jumping competition on the Langenwaldschanze HS 100 today.

In sunny conditions the Norwegian jumped the furthest distance of the day with 100.5 meters (___ pts) in the morning and took the lead. Therefore, she was the first one to start into the 8 km at the Wittenbachtal stadium this afternoon.

Rank 2 after jumping went to Gyda Westvold Hansen, who landed at 95.5 meters (123.9 pts) and went into the course 38 seconds after her team mate.

Nathalie Armbruster (91.5 mts, 123.4 pts) from Germany placed third, 40 seconds behind the leader.

With 12 athletes starting the competition within the first 30 sec, a tight fight for the podium could be expected.
The 8 km race and the warm temperatures tested the athletes' limits, but Ida Marie Hagen in particular was unimpressed. She ran the fastest race again and caught up with Lund after 4 km.

Armbruster couldn't keep up with the high pace and fell back, while Hansen fell from second to third.

Ida Marie Hagen took her 3rd World Cup victory with a 37.8 second lead over Lund, who took second place ahead of her teammate Hansen (+1:03.1 min), who completed Norway's podium sweep in third place

With her victory, Hagen also wins the WIRmachenDRUCK German Trophy ahead of Lund and Hansen.
