Jarl Magnus Riiber celebrated his third overall TRIPLE title with his third win on the third day.

Due to strong winds, the Ski Jumping competition on the Toni-Seelos-Schanze HS 109 had to be canceled today.

Instead, the results of Thursday's Provisional Competition Round were used. After taking into account the points from the second TRIPLE day, Jarl Magnus Riiber was in the lead after his PCR victory.

The Norwegian was therefore the first one to start into the 12.5 km cross-country race in the afternoon.

Rank 2 was taken by Johannes Lamparter from Austria, who started the race 18 seconds after Riiber.
His team mate Stefan Rettenegger placed third, 40 seconds behind the leader.
The 12.5 km race challenged the athletes with soft snow and warm temperatures.

Riiber ran a solid race at the front while Lamparter and Rettenegger worked together to close the gap to the Norwegian.

Meanwhile, Joergen Graabak rushed up from behind as usual and left behind Kristjan Ilves after 5km, who was able to follow the Norwegian until then.

Due to the soft conditions, there was a podium-deciding incident on the second downhill lap.

Johannes Lamparter crashed in the corner, which resulted in him losing contact with Rettenegger and being caught by Graabak after 8.7 km.

After 10 km, Riiber was still solidly in the lead with 28 seconds, while his Norwegian teammate overtook Stefan Rettenegger and managed to pull an incredible 10-second-gap to the Austrian.

Riiber celebrated his 3rd overall TRIPLE title in bright sunshine and also claimed the 200th Individual World Cup victory for the Norwegian men’s team.

Graabak took second place 23.1 seconds behind, while Rettenegger (+37.6 sec) completed the podium on rank 3.
