Austrian national team without Schlierenzauer and Fettner

On Tuesday, the Austrian Ski Association announced its teams for the 2019/20 season and five men and four ladies earned their spot on the national teams with their performances last winter.

Stefan Kraft, second in the overall World Cup 2018/19, Clemens Aigner, Philipp Aschenwald, Michael Hayboeck, and Daniel Huber will be on the men's team of head coach Andreas Felder.

The two veterans Gregor Schlierenzauer and Manuel Fettner, who have both decided to continue their careers despite the difficult winter season, were named to the A-team, together with Jan Hoerl, Stefan Huber, Markus Schiffner, and Ulrich Wohlgenannt.

The Austrian ladies' national team consists of Daniela Iraschko-Stolz, Jacqueline Seifriedsberger, Eva Pinkelnig, and Chiara Hoelzl. Lisa Eder, Marita Kramer, Claudia Purker, Elisabeth Raudaschl, and Sophie Sorschag are on the A-team.
