Michal Dolezal, who was head coach of the Polish national team up until the end of the past season, will now start working with the German Ski Association.
This means that the 44-year-old will once again be a member of the coaching staff of Stefan Horngacher, with whom he already worked together in Poland previously.

"I'm really looking forward to the new tasks and to working with the entire team. The German ski jumpers have been among the best in the world for years now and were very successful. With my experiences and know-how I know want to play my part in continuing this success story", Michal Dolezal said.

"Michal is a very competent and skilled coach who will also fit well in our team on a personal level. We are looking forward to working with him in the future," Stefan Horngacher is quoted on the website of the German Ski Association.

Alongside head coach Stefan Horngacher and Michal Dolezal, Bernhard Metzler and Paul Winter will complete the coaching staff of the German national team for the upcoming season.
