The Slovenian women ski jumpers continue to dominate the events on the hills. After Ursa Bogataj on Saturday, today it was Nika Kriznar who took the second victory in the second Grand Prix of the summer for Slovenia. Ursa Bogataj secured the 1-2 finish for Slovenia, while Josephine Pagnier from France finished third.

On the demanding HS 134-meter hill in Wisla, Kriznar secured an unchallenged victory with 138.6 points (129.5 and 121 meters), she had a lead of 16.4 points: "I am really satisfied, my jumps were better today than yesterday. It is especially great to be on the podium with Ursa. I hope that our team will also jump so well in the next Grand Prix, today we are going home with a smile on our faces anyway," explained today's winner.

Ursa Bogataj, double Olympic Champion from Beijing, was happy about her second place and the lead in the Grand Prix overall ranking (180 points). "I am satisfied with my performance today, I know that I am not quite stable at the moment but I still manage jumps with which I can finish on the podium," said Bogataj.

French Josephine Pagnier was happy about her third place which is the best result of her career: "Actually these were normal jumps this weekend, nothing special. Both final jumps on Saturday and on Sunday were not really good. But of course, I am happy that I achieved the best result of my career. I will try to improve during the summer to be in good shape for the winter", the 20-year-old said.

Selina Freitag and Katharina Althaus achieved good results for the German team in places 4 and 6. Marita Kramer finished 5th, her Austrian teammate Chiara Kreutzer was 7th.
The only 16-year-old Slovenian Taja Bodlaj also presented herself in strong shape in 8th place, and Ringo Miyajima was the best Japanese in 9th place.

In the Grand Prix overall ranking, Ursa Bogataj (180 points) leads ahead of Nika Kriznar (160) and Marita Kramer (125).
For the ski jumpers the Grand Prix continues in two weeks in Courchevel (FRA).
