2020/2021 Canadian National Snowboard Team selections

This week, Canada Snowboard announced the 2020/2021 Canadian National Speed Snowboarding as well as the National Park and Pipe Snowboarding Teams.  Consisting of Snowboardcross, Alpine, and Para Snowboard, 13 women and 16 men will represent Canada across the National and NextGen teams. And consisting of Slopestyle, Big Air, and Halfpipe, 11 women and 21 men will represent Canada across the National, NextGen and NextGen Prospect Teams.

Snowboardcross National Team

Canadian Park & Pipe teams

The Slopestyle program follows a 3-tier system (National Team, NextGen Team, NextGen Prospect Group) which coincides with the slopestyle event structure : National Level (Air Nation, Rev Tour etc), International Level (World Cup, Jr World Championships, Spring Battle etc), Elite Level (Dew Tour, X-Games, US Open, LAAX WC, etc), all 3-tiers will work together to support the team members at each level of events as the opportunities for the riders arise.
