The second stop of the brand-new FIS Aerials Summer Alps Tour lit up the Acrobat Park in Štíty, Czech Republic, this past weekend, bringing together a mix of young hopefuls and seasoned competitors for two days of exciting action.

The event featured two categories – a kids’ competition and a FIS-level contest – underlining the importance of development for aerials skiing in this part of Europe. The Czech Republic has a long and proud tradition in the sport, and once again the local organisers delivered, creating an event full of spirit and energy while providing invaluable experience for their growing young teams.

Spectators enjoyed great performances in a relaxed summer atmosphere, showcasing the sport’s technical precision and acrobatic flair. It was also another important opportunity for athletes to gain competition experience outside the winter season and for fans to connect with the sport up close.

With two stops of the FIS Aerials Summer Alps Tour now in the books, the action moves to Hohenems, Austria on August 23, giving athletes more chances to compete, progress, and inspire in this fun summer setting.

In the meantime, just next weekend the focus shifts to Mettmenstetten for the FIS Aerials Summer Grand Prix, what is anticipated to be the most awaited contest of this summer season, with a stacked field of top-level athletes ready to fire things up.
