Men’s Aerials postponed to Friday following substantial snowfall forecast in Livigno


The men’s Aerials competition has been postponed to Friday, 20 February due to substantial snowfall forecast in Livigno.

Following a successful competition earlier today, another significant snowfall is forecast for the venue. The expected snowfall is more severe than the conditions that disrupted competition on Tuesday and led to the initial schedule changes. In anticipation, event officials adjusted the program to ensure the competition can be conducted under more favourable and stable conditions.

As a result, the men’s Aerials competition will now take place on Friday. Qualification 1 is scheduled for 10:30, Qualification 2 for 11:15, and the Finals for 13:30.

The women’s Aerials event was also postponed due to the same weather conditions. The revised schedule allowed the women’s competition to be completed under improved conditions and with a consistently high standard.
