Persistent snowfall once again reshaped the programme in Livigno, pushing the Men’s Aerials competition and several qualification rounds to Friday as organisers prioritised safety and fair conditions.

While the Snow Park schedule shifted, Tesero delivered a full Nordic Combined finale, where challenging winter conditions added another layer of intensity to the Team Sprint showdown.

Jens Luraas Oftebro (NOR) sealed a dramatic Team Sprint victory in Tesero, edging Finland’s Eero Hirvonen by just 0.5 seconds to secure his third gold of Milano Cortina 2026 and fourth Olympic title overall, equalling Joergen Graabak’s Nordic Combined record. Partner Andreas Skoglund claimed his first Olympic medal as Norway completed a tense, tactical race in snowy conditions.

Finland’s Hirvonen and Ilkka Herola took silver, while Austria earned bronze despite a late fall from Stefan Rettenegger. Germany, who led after the ski jumping phase, saw their medal hopes unravel after crashes in the cross-country leg, as Italy surged from 11th to finish a spirited fourth on home snow.
