FIS x AZERBAIJAN MOGULS WORLD CUP FINALS SWEEPSTAKE - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Organiser and Promoter:

The organiser and promoter of the FIS x Azerbaijan Sweepstake (the "Competition") is the International Ski and Snowboard Federation ("FIS"), with current address at Blochstrasse 2, 3653 Oberhofen am Thunersee, Switzerland.

2. Duration:

The Competition will run from 27 November 2025 until 31 January 2026 at 6pm CET.

3. Participation:

The Competition is open to any natural person aged 18 and over. Employees of FIS who are involved in the organisation or administration of the Competition, are excluded from participation.

4. Registration:

To enter the Competition, sign up at www.fis-ski.com/azerbaijan and follow the instructions for entry. Each entrant may only enter the Competition once. In case of more than one registration, the first one counts and all other registrations will be disregarded.

Participation in the Competition is free of charge and is independent of a product order or purchase.

5. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

By registering and participating in the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by, and is deemed to have read and understood, these Terms and Conditions. The entrant declares having the full legal capacity to accept these Terms and Conditions, by itself or through its legal representative acting on its behalf as the case may be.

6. Prizes:

The winner of the Competition will receive the following (the “Prize Bundle”):

- Economy class return flights for 2 people to Azerbaijan between 11 and 16 March;

- Accommodation and domestic travel within Azerbaijan; as well as

- VIP access to the FIS World Cup Finals for two persons from 14 to 15 March 2026.

The Prize Bundle is as stated, and no alternatives are available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. The prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or resold. All costs and expenses not included within the Prize Bundle are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Determination and Notification of Winner:

The winner of the Competition will be determined as follows:

• The winner will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries.

• The prize draw will take place after the entry period has closed (6pm CET on 31 January 2026) and the winner will be contacted by no later than 23.59 CET on 15 February 2026.

The winner will be contacted directly by FIS using the email address provided with the Competition entry and given details of how to claim their prize.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner however, if the winner cannot be contacted by FIS or fails to respond within 1 week of determination, their prize will be forfeited. The next player drawn shall be awarded that prize.

8. Acceptance:

To claim the prize, the selected winner must respond to the notification email and provide any necessary information as requested. If the winner does not comply with these requirements, they may forfeit their right to the prize.

9. Publicity:

By participating in the Competition, the prize winner (and guest) agrees that FIS can record, film and/or photograph their participation in agreed aspects of the prize winning and exploit, and authorise third parties to exploit, such films, photographs or recordings in any media now known or hereafter invented in any part of the world and for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity, with no payment being due to the winner (or guest).

With respect to data protection, please see Section 17(c) below.

10. Technical Failures:

Proof of making an entry within the Competition does not constitute proof of receipt by FIS. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, FIS does not accept any responsibility for entries which for technical or other reasons are unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected. All respective decisions of FIS in respect of the Competition are final.

11. Blocking and Exclusion of Participants:

FIS reserves the right to, without notice and without giving reasons, permanently or temporarily block, disqualify or exclude participants from the Competition who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the Competition, do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or good conduct or otherwise try to unfairly influence the Competition. For the same reasons, FIS may also revoke such participant's winnings and demand their return.

12. Exclusion of Liability, Warranty and Legal Recourse:

FIS excludes any and all liability for any losses, damages or claims incurred by any person in connection with the Competition or receipt or use of any of the prizes. FIS provides no warranties whatsoever. All prizes are provided "as is" and do not come with any warranties, unless otherwise indicated in writing.

FIS will not engage in correspondence on the Competition. Legal recourse is excluded.

13. Changes to and Termination of the Competition:

FIS reserves the right to cancel or prematurely terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case, the participants have no right to claim against FIS or other persons involved in the organization of the Competition.

14. Severability:

If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be prohibited by law or adjudged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall, to the extent required, be severed from these Terms and Conditions and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and shall not in any way affect the validity or enforcement of the remaining Terms and Conditions.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions are exclusively governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, without having regard to conflict of law principles.

The courts at FIS's seat / headquarter (currently: Oberhofen am Thunersee) in Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Data protection:

(a) Processing of personal data for the Competition's administration and management:

FIS, their cooperation partners and service providers (i.e. all third parties assisting FIS in the organization or administration of or the Competition, such as IT providers) may process personal data of the participants for the purpose of the administration and management of the Competition (including, but not limited to draw, notification of winner and dispatch of the prizes).

Said processing is necessary for the performance of this contract to which the entrant is a party and aims at ensuring the registration and the entry of the participant to the Competition.

Within said processing of personal data, FIS collects the following personal data:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Date of Birth

• Country of Residence

• Discipline preference

The provision of the requested personal data is a contractual requirement. Failure to provide said personal data would not allow the registration and the entry to the Competition.

For the above mentioned purpose, the collected personal data may be disclosed and transferred within FIS and to service providers and cooperation partners located worldwide who process the personal data, as necessary, on behalf of FIS.

FIS will at all times ensure adequate data protection by concluding respective written contracts (including, if necessary, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) with such third party processors.

The collected personal data are stored for the duration of the Competition and the following contacting of winner, allocation and/or shipment of prizes.

(b) Processing of personal data regarding marketing communications:

• Marketing communications by FIS

Provided an entrant has consented by opting-in, FIS will also use the entrant's personal data for marketing purposes, such as the sending of newsletters.

Said processing of personal data relies on the entrant's consent.

The personal data collected for this purpose is the entrant’s first name, last name, nickname, email address, country, gender, age and opt-in preferences. The entrant is free to unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link contained in said communication.

For the above mentioned purpose, the collected personal data may be disclosed and transferred to service providers of FIS alocated worldwide, who process the personal data, as necessary, on behalf of FIS.

FIS will at all times ensure adequate data protection by concluding respective written contracts (including, if necessary, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) with such processors.

The collected personal data will be stored and processed for the above mentioned purpose until revocation of consent or until not anymore needed for the indicated purpose.

• Marketing communication by FIS' partners

By checking the dedicated checkbox when registering, the entrant agrees to its email address to be transferred by FIS to FIS' partners of this Competition in order for said partners to send marketing communications to the entrant. The entrant is free to unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link contained in said communication.

Said processing of personal data relies on the entrant's consent.

FIS assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever with respect to marketing or other communications sent by FIS' partners or the processing of personal data by such partners. The respective partner's data protection declarations and/or terms and conditions apply.

(c) Processing of personal data for publicity purposes by FIS:

With the entrant's registration for the Competition and the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the entrant agrees that, in case he wins a prize in this Competition, FIS may record, film and/or photograph its participating in all aspects of the relevant prize winning for marketing and publicity purposes.

In this respect, FIS will, in due time, provide the winner with all the relevant information regarding this specific processing of personal data and request the winner’s consent before implementing said processing or before publishing respective content.

(d) General provisions applicable to the aforementioned processing of personal data:

All personal data will be processed in line with the standard provided under Swiss data protection laws and the EU General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 ("GDPR").

Unless otherwise indicated herein, the controller of the personal data is FIS.

In case of concerns or questions on FIS' processing of personal data or if the entrant requires access to its personal data, wishes to rectify or delete these, exercise its right to data portability, wishes to object to the processing of its personal data or in order to exercise any other right, FIS may be contacted at: privacy@fis-ski.com.

For the processing of personal data based on the entrant’s consent, the entrant also has the right to withdraw its consent at any time. This right may be exercised by writing to the above email address.

18. Amendments:

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in FIS' sole discretion. These Terms and Conditions were last updated in November 2025.
