Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Champions head stacked Mixed Team line-ups
Feb 10, 2026·Ski JumpingThe Normal Hill in Predazzo has already witnessed two thrilling individual finals, but will it be twice the drama when the men and women come together for the Milano Cortina 2026 Mixed Team event? It’s the second time the competition is being held at the Winter Olympics following a successful debut at Beijing 2022.
Slovenia are the reigning champions and the only returning medalists from Beijing. The Prevc siblings Nika and Domen will lead their title defence, with Nika already having picked up silver in the individual event on Saturday. If they win a medal, they'll be following in the footsteps of older brother Peter, who was part of the team in 2022. Nika Vodan, who won gold alongside Peter, will also contest the Mixed Team in Milano Cortina, with Anze Lanisek the final member of the team.
The 2025 Mixed Team World Champions Norway have a brand-new Olympic gold medalist leading their line-up in Anna Odine Stroem. Marius Lindvik and Eirin Maria Kvandal join her in the team, all three having also won Worlds gold together. Kristoffer Eriksen Sundal is the fourth jumper selected after he finished 10th in Tuesday’s Men’s Individual race.
The current World bronze medalists Austria have some new faces in their Mixed Team foursome. Alongside the returning Jan Hoerl is Stephan Embacher, who replaces Stefan Kraft following his seventh place in the Individual Normal Hill. Lisa Eder, who narrowly missed the Olympic podium on Saturday, is joined by 2020 Youth Olympic Mixed Team Champion Julia Muehlbacher.
Germany will be hoping for further medal success in Milano Cortina after Philipp Raimund’s dramatic triumph in the Men’s Individual Normal Hill. The newly-crowned Olympic Champion is joined by Felix Hoffmann, Selina Freitag and Agnes Reisch - all of whom have reached multiple World Cup podiums this season.
“When you’re competing in a team, I wouldn’t say it was easier, but it’s less stressful because you either lose or you win together with the team,” said Raimund.
“Things were great on Sunday, quite good on Monday <laughs>, so now let’s try and do it on Tuesday. I know the focus should be the same and the feeling of having this much pressure can also lift you up.”
Japan’s team have plenty of Olympic podium experience, headed by two jumpers who have already won bronze at Milano Cortina 2026 in the individual events: Ren Nikaido and Nozomi Maruyama. Alongside them are Beijing 2022 Normal Hill Champion Ryoyu Kobayashi and PyeongChang 2018 bronze medalist Sara Takanashi.
Kacper Tomasiak, who secured a surprise silver in the Men’s Individual, leads the line-up for Poland. Joining him is Anna Twardosz, who secured her nation’s best-ever Olympic Women’s Individual finish with 10th place on Saturday. They’re joined by Pola Beltowska and Pawel Wasek.
“I don’t know how I’ve managed to jump so well with the pressure,” admitted Tomasiak.
Hosts Italy, France, Romania, China and USA are the other teams competing. Competition gets underway with the opening round at 18:45 CET.
