The Calendar Conference of the International Ski Federation was held this week in Cavtat-Dubrovnik (CRO). Two changes were confirmed there concerning Ski Jumping.

From now on, the prize money in the Ladies' World Cup will be raised to CHF 25 194.-. This means that the Top 20 will now be awarded CHF 38.- per World Cup point instead of CHF 30.- so far.

The second change concerns the competition management at major events. At Olympic Winter Games and Nordic World Championships, there will now be two assistants of the Technical Delegate. In the World Cup, there will still be only one TD-Assistant.

The competition calendars for this summer and the upcoming 2019/20 winter season were also published in Dubrovnik. Compared to the preliminary calendars, which were announced in April, there were some minor changes.

Pertile follows Hofer
As already made public during the course of last winter, this upcoming season will be the last for Walter Hofer as FIS Race Director. His successor will be Italian Sandro Pertile, who has a lot of experience as Technical Delegate and as an organizer of Olympic Winter Games, World Championships and World Cups.
