Equipment brand changes in the Alpine Skiing World Cup

The World Cup finals are a faraway chapter for the teams, athletes and insiders of the Alpine Ski World Cup. The winter has been busy, and now it is definitely time to think forward to the next season.

Spring provides the ski racers time to breathe and reflect on what went wrong, what went right, what to improve and what to change to improve next winter.

Testing is one of the most important parts of this sport, and every year many athletes want to compare new equipment with their current brand to see if there is a better option to suit their skiing characteristics.

Aleksander Aamodt Kilde has come back to basics, returning with Atomic Skis after  2 years with Head.

Blaise Giezendanner has made the same choice as the Norwegian. After 7 years with Head, he has decided to change brands.  In addition to the two speed specialists, Eva Maria Brem (AUT) and Simon Maurberger (ITA) are also joining Atomic Team.

Fischer seems to have built up a strong team with the Italians Matteo Marsaglia and Roberto Nani and the Swiss Stefan Rogentin.

The Band of Heroes is welcoming Cyprien Sarazzin and Giovanni Borsotti  into the Rossignol Family.
