After the closure of the past Olympic term, the FIS Cross-Country family has to say good-bye to a number of athletes who announced their retirement from professional Cross-Country skiing at elite level.

An athlete’s career is marked by many remarkable experiences. As the FIS Cross-Country family, we hope that all great memories will accompany retiring athletes for all great things coming your way in the future.

We would also like to thank every athlete who led the way for the next generation of Cross-Country skiers, playing a pivotal part as role-models, setting milestones in the history of Cross-Country skiing and contributing to the Cross-Country world in general.

All the very best for the next chapter.
