Manuel Fettner was happy about second place: "The second place fits exactly to this weekend. I am very happy, there would have been even a little more in it, that makes me incredibly confident for the rest of the winter. The shape is exactly where it should be," Fettner said.

Halvor Egner Granerud, Piotr Zyla, Stefan Kraft and Michael Hayboeck finished 4th - 7th, Giovanni Bresadola was a strong 8th.

Karl Geiger crashed after a strong 140 meter jump in round 1 and lost important points, but remained uninjured. Geiger still achieved a strong 10th place in the end despite the fall.
"I suffered a bit on landing, I rolled off routinely, nothing happened at all in the fall. That was a very good day for me, that builds me up, it was better today than yesterday despite a fall" said Geiger.

Erik Belshaw strong
The young US American Erik Belshaw was happy about a strong 24th place and with it his best career result. Belshaw prevailed in the high-class competition against numerous top people.

A blow for Team Japan
With Ren Nikaido, Keiichi Sato, Yukiya Sato, Junshiro Kobayashi, Naoki Nakamura and superstar Ryoyu Kobayashi the whole Japanese team already left after round 1, no athlete from Nippon in the final.
