Snowboarder Dusty Henricksen (USA) has tested positive in an anti-doping control conducted at the FIS Snowboard, Freestyle and Freeski World Championships 2025.

The athlete, who competed in Big Air and Slopestyle, presented a level of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) higher than the allowed threshold during a test conducted on 21 March 2025.

Henricksen has been sanctioned for an anti-doping rule violation based on Art. 2.1 of the FIS Anti-Doping Rules with a period of ineligibility of three months, starting on 15 July 2025.

Since the athlete’s provisional suspension will be credited against the period of ineligibility, Henricksen will be eligible to participate in any activities and competitions as of 3 September 2025. The athlete has been allowed to return to training with a team two months before the period of Ineligibility expires, that is, since 3 July 2025.
