National Ski Associations (NSAs) are invited to nominate candidates for the Women Lead Sports Master Program 2 as FIS continues to strive for increased gender balance across leadership roles.

The online course runs every Wednesday from 11 June to 2 July 2025 and was developed by Gabriela Mueller, an award-winning coach and trainer with 20 years’ experience in the Olympic movement.

It aims to empower participants to lead more effectively and increase their influence within their organizations while preparing women to succeed in management positions.

Twenty places are available for the course and in order to foster inclusion, FIS will offer 20 per cent of them to male members of the NSAs who are committed to supporting gender equality.

Gabriela Mueller and her team will deliver a course that comprises four online live seminars plus breakout sessions and interactive discussions as well as videos and exercises for self-study.

There is a focus on building self-confidence and other topics covered include communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.

The running of the course for a second cohort follows the great success of the first program from which 24 women graduated in November 2024.

The application deadline is April 25, 2025 — don't miss the chance to be part of this great program!

Register for the course through National Ski Associations.
