Lund takes lead on Midtstubakken

Mari Leinan Lund is in the lead after the women’s Ski Jumping round on the Midtstubakken HS 106.
 
30 athletes from 11 nations were on the Start List for a training jump, one trial round and the competition afterwards in Oslo (NOR) this evening.

The furthest jump of the day was performed by Mari Leinan Lund with 99.5 meters. With 142.7 points the Norwegian secured the victory of jumping round and will be the first one to start into the 5 km cross-country race on Saturday at the famous Holmenkollen stadium.

Rank 2 after jumping went to Gyda Westvold Hansen who reached 97 meters and collected a total of 137.5 points. The Norwegian will go into the course 21 seconds after her team mate.
Overall World Cup leader Ida Marie Hagen (90 m, 122.6 pts) placed third, 1:20 min behind the leader.
