2025/26 FIS Snowboard Cross World Cup – Women – Mont-Sainte-Anne Stat Sheet

Crystal Globe

● The top five women in the standings have a mathematical chance to win the Snowboard Cross Crystal Globe, with a 70-point gap between leader Charlotte Bankes (GBR, 373) and fifth-place Julia Nirani-Pereira (FRA, 303).

● Charlotte Bankes (GBR) can win the Snowboard Cross Crystal Globe for the third time in her career, after 2021/22 and 2022/23. She can join a group of four riders on at least three Crystal Globes in this discipline: Dominique Maltais (CAN, five), Karine Ruby (FRA, four), Michela Moioli (ITA, three) and Eva Adamczykova (CZE, three).

● Charlotte Bankes (GBR) has finished inside the top two of the standings in each of the last four seasons: first, first, second, and second. She can become the second woman with five top-two finishes in a row in the Snowboard Cross standings, after Dominique Maltais (CAN) between 2010/11 and 2014/15: first, first, first, first, second.

● Lea Casta (FRA) trails leader Charlotte Bankes (GBR) by only 13 points in the standings. She is aiming to defend her Crystal Globe from last season, which she secured by winning both of the events staged in Mt. St. Anne (CAN). In 2025, Casta came into the last stop of the season with a 17-point deficit to leader Bankes, but Bankes did not compete in Mt. St. Anne due to an injury in training a day before competition.

● Lea Casta (FRA) and Chloe Trespuech (FRA) can both become the second Frenchwoman to win multiple Crystal Globes in Snowboard Cross, after Karine Ruby (FRA, four).

● Josie Baff (AUS) is looking to become the first Australian woman to claim a Crystal Globe in a Snowboard discipline.

● Olympic gold medallist Josie Baff (AUS) can become the third woman to win the Snowboard Cross Crystal Globe in the same season as becoming Olympic champion, after Maelle Ricker (CAN) in 2009/10 and Michela Moioli (ITA) in 2017/18.

● Sina Siegenthaler (SUI) can become the first rider from Switzerland to reach the podium in the overall standings since Sandra Frei (SUI) in 2008/09.

● Three French women are in the top five of the standings coming into Mt. St. Anne (CAN). The Snowboard Cross final standings podium could be swept by riders from one nation for the first time.

Mt. St. Anne

● For the fourth season in a row (from 2022/23 onwards), the Snowboard Cross World Cup season will come to a close in Mt. St. Anne (CAN).

● The six World Cup events staged in Mt. St. Anne (CAN) were won by the current top three in the standings: Charlotte Bankes (GBR, three wins), Lea Casta (FRA, two) and Josie Baff (AUS, one).

● Lea Casta (FRA) won both of the World Cup events in Mt. St. Anne (CAN) last season to clinch the Crystal Globe. Both events had the same three riders on the podium: Casta (first and first), Mia Clift (AUS, second and third) and Sina Siegenthaler (SUI, third and second).

● Lea Casta (FRA) can record more than two World Cup event wins at a single resort for the first time (also two wins in Cervinia (ITA)).

● Lea Casta (FRA) has converted 14 of the 15 instances she reached a big final in a World Cup event into a podium finish (including a top-two finish in nine of the last 10 big finals she has raced in).

● Lea Casta (FRA) can become the first woman to win three Snowboard Cross World Cup events in a row at a single resort since Charlotte Bankes (GBR) triumphed three consecutive times in Cortina d’Ampezzo (ITA) in 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25.

● Charlotte Bankes (GBR) has recorded three wins in Mt. St. Anne (CAN). She can win more than three events at a single resort for the first time in her career (also three wins in Cortina d’Ampezzo (ITA), Sierra Nevada (ESP) and Veysonnaz (SUI)).

● Josie Baff (AUS) finished inside the top 10 in the last 37 Snowboard Cross World Cup events she started in. She finished second in Montafon (AUT) earlier this month.

● Despite her consistency, Josie Baff (AUS) has not won a World Cup event in three years, with her victory in Mt. St. Anne (CAN) in March 2023 her most recent. She can record multiple World Cup victories at a single resort for the first time.

● Sina Siegenthaler (SUI) recorded her second career World Cup event win in Montafon (AUT) earlier this month. Siegenthaler can reach podiums in back-to-back World Cup events for the second time in her career, after a third and second place in Mt. St. Anne (CAN) last season.

● Chloe Trespeuch (FRA) is tied with Michela Moioli (ITA) on 45 podium finishes in second place on the all-time podium finishes standings. Lindsey Jacobellis (USA, 55) tops the list.

● Mia Clift (AUS) has reached two big finals in World Cup events this season, but finished fourth in both. Her last podium finishes came in both events in Mt. St. Anne (CAN) last season, finishing second and third respectively. Those mark her only podium finishes in World Cup events to date.

2025/26 FIS Snowboard Cross World Cup – Men – Mont-Sainte-Anne Stat Sheet

Crystal Globe

●      With a maximum of 100 points to earn in Mt. St. Anne (CAN) this weekend, the top four men in the standings have a mathematical chance to win the Snowboard Cross Crystal Globe, with an 83-point gap between leader Leon Ulbricht (GER, 355) and fourth-placed Jonas Chollet (FRA, 272).

●      Only one point separates the top two riders in the standings: Leon Ulbricht (GER) on 355 points and Aidan Chollet (FRA) on 354 points. Adam Lambert (AUS, 313) is the only other rider with more than 300 points.

●      Leon Ulbricht (GER) can follow in the footsteps of his compatriot Martin Noerl (GER) as the second German winner of the Snowboard Cross Crystal Globe. Noerl won the Globe in back-to-back seasons in 2021/22 and 2022/23.

●      Brothers Aidan Chollet (FRA, 354) and Jonas Chollet (FRA, 272) both have at least a mathematical chance to win the Snowboard Cross Crystal Globe this weekend. They are aiming to join three Frenchmen who have lifted the Globe in the past: Sylvain Duclos (FRA), Xavier de Le Rue (FRA, three times) and Pierre Vaultier (FRA, six times).

●      Seventeen-year old Jonas Chollet (FRA) can become the youngest rider to win the Snowboard Cross Crystal Globe on the men’s side.

●      Adam Lambert (AUS) led the standings for most of the season. He hopes to come back and win the Crystal Globe for the first time in his career. He could become the second Australian man to accomplish this feat, after Alex Pullin’s (AUS) victories in 2010/11 and 2012/13.

Mt. St. Anne

●      For the fourth season in a row (from 2022/23 onwards), the Snowboard Cross World Cup season will come to a close in Mt. St. Anne (CAN).

●      In the three previous seasons, a total of six events were held at Mt. St. Anne (CAN) and Eliot Grondin (CAN) triumphed four times. It marks the second-highest number of wins at a single resort by a rider, after Alessandro Haemmerle’s (AUT) five victories in Montafon (AUT).

●      Leon Ulbricht (GER) took the lead in the standings after his second-place finish in Montafon (AUT) earlier this month. It marked his third top-two finish in a World Cup event in a row, as many as in all of his prior 33 World Cup starts combined.

●      Leon Ulbricht (GER) has recorded six of his career seven World Cup podiums in March races, including all three of his victories.

●      Aidan Chollet (FRA) has reached the most big finals in the 2025/26 World Cup season: four. The only exceptions were both events in Dongbeiya (CHN, 13th and 19th). He has doubled his career big finals in World Cup events after reaching four big finals in his 29 career World Cup starts before this season.

●      Eliot Grondin (CAN) has recorded 13 World Cup event wins, joint-third of all-time alongside Jasey Jay Anderson (CAN). Four of those came in Mt. St. Anne (CAN).

●      Eliot Grondin (CAN) has reached the podium in all six World Cup events staged in Mt. St. Anne (CAN): first, third, first, first, second and first.

●      In the last three seasons, Eliot Grondin (CAN) has reached the big final in 18 of the 25 World Cup events he started, nine more than any other rider in this time span (Loan Bozzolo (FRA) on nine).

●      Alessandro Haemmerle (AUT, 34) is tied with Pierre Vaultier (FRA, 34) on the most podium finishes in World Cup Snowboard Cross events. He has yet to finish on the podium in Mt. St. Anne (CAN).

●      Alessandro Haemmerle (AUT) is on a 15-event winless spell in the World Cup, with his last victory dating back to 17 March 2024, when he won in Montafon (AUT). Those 15 event starts without a victory is the longest of his career.

●      Jonas Chollet (FRA) will compete in Mt. St. Anne (CAN) for the first time. He has converted both of his career big finals in World Cup events into podium finishes: first in Cervinia (ITA) and third in Erzurum (TUR), both this season.

●      Jakob Dusek (AUT) is the only rider with multiple World Cup victories this season. He triumphed in Dongbeiya (CHN) and Montafon (AUT). Dusek won one of the events staged in Mt. St. Anne (CAN) last season, ahead of Eliot Grondin (CAN) and Nathan Pare (USA).

●      Jakob Dusek (AUT) can win successive World Cup events for the first time in his career.

●      The last Snowboard Cross World Cup victory by a USA rider dates back more than seven years, to February 2019, when Mick Dierdorff (USA) triumphed in Solitude (USA). There have been 64 World Cup events since.
