The national and regional health authorities have approved the organizers health plan for the World Cup on 19th and 20th December. Amongst other, the regulations state the Covid-19 testing requirements upon arrival as well as the requirements on site in order to ensure the safety of all involved stakeholders around the World Cup event.

Thanks to the unique snow farming solution in a hangar of Dresden’s Airport, the snow production is in full swing.

"We are very pleased that we can host the Coop FIS Cross-Country World Cup again this year. We are aware of the responsibility and, together with the DSV, have developed a good concept that is safe for all athletes, trainers, technicians and employees. Snow was our smallest challenge this year, I would never have expected that! We have a great team here in Dresden and we are thrilled to organize four fantastic days around the World Cup competitions in Dresden, Saxony.”René Kindermann, CEO World Cup Dresden
