Sadies athletes profile from November 2020

After 188 World Cup starts, six World Championships and two Olympic Winter games participations, the 31 year-old US American decided to end her professional career as a Cross-Country skier. The decision came with the term of the season after having spent the first period at home.

Eleven World Cup podiums, of which six came in individual races as well as a bronze medal from 2017 Lahti Teamsprint remain prove of her successful career.

With her healthy competitiveness, her supportive and kind approach, Sadie has contributed a lot to a strong bond within the World Cup family. Despite being accompanied by injuries, she always set a great example to never loose focus on believing in yourself and to not let anything stand in your way to perform at your best.

Thank you for being such a valuable and fun member of the World Cup family. The FIS Cross-Country team wishes you all the best for your next chapters in life!
