Candidates announced for FIS President and Council election

All candidates for the positions of President and FIS Council (18) must be nominated by their National Ski Association at least 60 days prior to the opening of the Congress, in accordance with Article 10.10.1.1 of the FIS Statutes.
In line with this requirement, the following candidates have been submitted for the positions of President and Council Member, listed in alphabetical order. All candidature documents are available here.

The final list of eligible candidates, as approved by the FIS Nomination and Remuneration Committee, will be communicated no later than 20 May 2026. In the meantime, all nominated candidates may now commence their promotional campaigns.
The election will take place during the FIS Congress on 11 June 2026 in Belgrade, Serbia.
